Name of Object: Benin Bronze Head of an Oba
Fine unique craftmanship by a selected royal master craftsman showing his Oba (King), of the `BINI' (Benin) People, dressed in his ceremonial outfit and his royal facial tribal marks. It is fascinating in how this were made using the lost wax casting techniques, showing the kingdom's native skills in metallurgy and engineering, making me feel pride in my heritage.
